Ride-Now.ie is being built with drivers, not only for them. Before we open, these are the promises we make to every taxi driver and chauffeur — and we intend to be held to them in public.
An open, public board
We will build a board that is open to the public, where drivers can openly voice their concerns, their demands and their solutions — in their own words, for everyone to read.
Answered in the open
Ride-Now.ie will answer on the same board, in public: what we can do, what we can't, and the reasons why. No quiet replies, no silence.
Meetings with drivers
In the near future we will set up meetings with drivers, to listen face to face to what they have to say about the work, the service and how it should run.
Taxi representatives invited
We invite the representatives of taxi drivers to bring the concerns, the solutions and the demands of the drivers they speak for — to the board and to our meetings.
Our costs, explained
Ride-Now.ie means to be as transparent as it can. We will explain what the service costs to run, how its processes work, and every expense it has to cover to make this possible — so drivers can see where the platform's share goes, and why. The exact share is set out for drivers in their terms and in the driver app.
