Ride-Now.ie is built to carry people, not to trade in their data. These promises cover our passengers, our drivers, our partner hotels and everyone's login — today and for good.
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your details are never traded, rented or given away — and the company never will.
No advertising trackers, no advertising cookies and no profiling scripts are injected into our pages or apps. Nobody follows you around the web because you used Ride-Now.
What you give us is used only to run your journey or your work with us. It is never altered, sold on, mined or used to steer what you see.
Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form — no one at Ride-Now can read them — and logins are never shared with anyone, for any reason.
For a journey: your name, how to reach you, the pickup and drop-off, and the route for your receipt. For drivers: the application, the licences and the work record the law asks a dispatch operator to keep. It is used for nothing else, passed only to the services that make a journey happen (maps, e-mail, card payments), and you can ask us for a copy or to delete it.
